About eight months ago, I had fat injected into my cheeks and I recently began to lose weight so I’m wondering if there’s a chance that the fat from the injection might go away from my face? Can this happen?
Fats that has been injected may lose some of its volume with weight loss. It depends on where the fat was taken from and the patient in general. Fat grafting can be re-performed if the patient losses significant weight.
