Does a male breast reduction cause loss of nipple sensitivity?

Will my nipples be desensitized if I receive a male breast reduction?
Desensitization during male breast reduction depends on what type of procedure is performed. Most of these procedures can be performed just with liposuction using the laser device for this and there’s not a significant change in sensation. However, in some larger patients who have to have their skin excised, there may be some change in sensitivity.
