Question: My skin since rhinoplasty has been very dry. How soon after surgery can I resume my normal facial skincare regimen? When can I use exfoliants and masks?
Answer: We usually employ a splint and taping after rhinoplasty to help control the shape. After the tape is removed from the face, then you can resume normal exfoliants and masks. This is usually at about the two-week mark after surgery. Often, we employ night taping after this.
