Question:
What conditions is the brow lift generally used to improve?
Answer:
A brow lift is used to improve a droopy or low brow. We usually do these endoscopically with small incisions placed in the hairline. It also can be used to remove some of the muscle that causes frowning to give a permanent Botox-like effect.

What will a brow lift do for me?
Posted September 30, 2011 11:10 AM in Browlift
Question:
I'm considering an endoscopic brow lift for a number of reasons. First I'd like to remove my forehead wrinkles. Second my eyebrows make me appear as if I'm glowering. Third, the upper part of my face seems old. Will a brow lift correct all these problems?
Answer:
Brow lift can correct forehead wrinkles and raise the eyebrow position and it can work in helping the upper third of the face, but it really doesn't do much for the area below the eyes.

Will eyebrow tattoos affect my brow lift surgery?
Posted September 26, 2011 4:41 PM in Browlift
Question:
I have eyebrow tattoos. Will this be a problem if I were to get a brow lift? Since my brows are already pretty well positioned would surgery raise them too high? Is there some way to remove my tattoos?
Answer:
The surgery will absolutely raise eyebrow tattoos, sometimes to a wrong place. We have to be very careful with patients with tattoos. Sometimes we’ll remove these with a laser first before doing a brow lift and then we tattoo the patient.

Is there such a thing as a mini brow lift?

Question:
Is there such a thing as a mini brow lift?
Answer:
Mini brow lift might be a procedure. Most of the time we will perform an endoscopic brow lift which is a very minimal or small incision type of procedure. Sometimes we perform laser resurfacing or a temporal lift to create small areas of brow elevation.
