I had a facelift 23 days ago. When I woke up this morning I noticed that one of the incisions must have leaked out some clear fluid. Could this be a sign of infection?

Based on this, it is doubtful that this is an infection; however, if the skin is red and angry looking and there are more clear signs of infection, I would return to your surgeon for evaluation. Sometimes there is a small amount of fluid called a seroma that ends up underneath the incisions or underneath the skin flaps that needs to be removed or else it just comes out on its own.
